Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. In busy periods this may increase to 2-5 days.
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will contact you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.
Credit/Debit Card orders are processed securely by Shopify Payments. Sessions & Co. do not handle any credit/debit card data for orders placed online.
We also take payment via Apple Pay and PayPal via our website.
OUR UK POSTAL PROVIDERS
Our standard delivery option is Royal Mail Special Delivery. Royal Mail will aim to deliver your parcel the next working day, including Saturdays. For larger items shipped within the UK we use DHL Express Domestic.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS
Our standard international delivery option in is provided by DHL. Orders are sent from the UK and delivered by domestic postal services (EG; La Poste, USPS.)
Germany: 2-4 Days
Europe: 3-6 Days
USA & Canada: 5-9 Days
Rest of the World: 6-12 Days
INTERNATIONAL MAIL | TRACKED & SIGNED
As above, but with regular tracking updates and a signature required upon delivery.
EXPRESS | DHL WORLDWIDE
Our express delivery option is DHL Express Worldwide.
This is a guaranteed service with full tracking and regular email/text notifications.

We hope you are happy with your purchases from Sessions & Co. but if not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a perfect, saleable condition within 14 days of receiving the item.
If you wish to return an item for some reason, please notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Customers are required to pay for the returns to be shipped back and until they are received back in perfect condition it is the customers responsibility, we therefore suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance.
